XDP Re-Delivery charge for failed delivery attempt as unable to gain access

Where delivery of our large and heavy parcels fail due to someone not being present at the delivery address within the agreed delivery window, we are automatically charged a re-delivery fee by XDP at 50% of the cost price.

Unfortunately, as a small business, we are unable to absorb these additional costs and will issue an invoice to cover this extra charge, as per our Terms & Conditions.

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, or via a BACS payment (see Invoice for details).
