We deliver to Mainland UK only, but can also deliver to the Isle of Wight and Scottish Islands by arrangement.
Due to the size and weight of our parcels, unfortunately we are unable to deliver outside the UK.

Current Delivery Lead Times
Pet Homes, Stands, Replacement parts and some accessories are made to order, with a lead time on these items which can change throughout the year depending on how busy we are. We keep the current lead time updated on our website at all times, so there is no need to check with us first. 😊

Pet Home Deliveries
PET HOMES DELIVERED FREE
90cm-150cm sizes delivered via an APC Next Day* Tracked Delivery service.
180cm sizes delivered via Parcelforce 48 Hour Large* Tracked Delivery service.
*Please note the above delivery services are not guaranteed. This is due to our rural location in Scotland, and due to the size and weight of our parcels, however, both services deliver on schedule around 95% of the time.
Our Large parcels need someone home for delivery, but can be left with a neighbour or in a safe place where specified. Please add appropriate delivery instructions in the Notes at Checkout.
Accessory Only Deliveries
FREE UK MAINLAND DELIVERY OVER £60
Small and Medium parcels up to 20kg will be delivered via a Royal Mail Tracked 48 service. Delivery charges as follows:
Under £60: Royal Mail Tracked 48 from £4.98
Accessory orders over 20kg will be delivered by APC with pricing dependent on weight.
What Happens After I Place My Order
Once you place a Pet Home order, we’ll only get in touch once your order is near completion. We’ll contact you by text in the first instance approximately 2-3 working days prior to dispatching your goods to confirm delivery arrangements, and will wait to hear back from you before dispatching your order.
Returns Policy
Regretfully, we are unable to accept returns of made-to-order items once parcels have been dispatched. Please make sure you have the space to accommodate your chosen Pet Home before purchase. Accessories can, however, be returned at the buyer’s expense.
