Personal Data We Collect

When you Place an Order

We collect and store information on our website about you when you place an order. The information we collect includes the following data:-

– your name

– your contact details including your billing and shipping addresses, telephone number and e-mail address;

– purchases and orders made by you;

– your Account username and encrypted password.

We use Stripe to process payments, and as such, ALL payment data including credit and debit card information is exclusively collected, processed and stored by Stripe  during the sale transaction.  We do not store card details on this website.

When you Opt In to receive our Newsletter

When you opt in to receive our Newsletter, the only information we capture is your email address.  Our Newsletter Subscriber List is stored and processed by Mailchimp, which allows us to create and send user-friendly emails to a mailing list.

 

How we Use Your Data

We will only use your data for the following purposes:-
•To communicate with you effectively about your order, before, during, and after delivery of your goods.
•To process and deliver your goods to the specified address.
•To send you occasional newsletter emails regarding our products and services, but only where you have OPTED IN to the use of your data for this purpose, via the Subscribe to Newsletter function on our website.

We don’t share your information with any other organisation, for any reason.

 

Data Retention Period

All data relating to Sale transactions is stored for a period of 6 years to comply with UK Accounting and Tax law.

– the right to ask us to update and correct any out-of-date or incorrect personal data that we hold about you free of charge;
