Guinea Pig Loft Extension 90x60x30cm with Access Hole + Ladder

The Loft extension 90x60cm is available in one size only, and is suitable for a max number of guinea pigs as follows:

• 150 x 60cm Guinea Pig enclosure with Loft extension – 3-4 pigs
• 180 x 60cm Guinea Pig enclosure with Loft extension – 4-5 pigs

• 90 x 60 x 30cm height enclosure with perspex front and 1 perspex side panel in the centre.
• Solid timber back and end panels (“Position Interchangeable” option will have solid timber end panel only).
• Mesh roof option comes ready-made, with wood trim to underside of mesh edges, plus 1 set of hinges.
• Reinforced cut-out access hatch, and removable ladder with safety side bars and rungs.
• 3 x locking catches to secure to the lower tier.
• A 250ml tin of pet-safe clear matte water-based wood sealer to seal the base floor of your pet home, making it resistant to urine and stains.
• All fixings and full assembly/care instructions.
• Accessories not included but can be added to your order separately.
• We sell a wood sealer paint brush if you need one.
• We also recommend our Bottle Fixings pack (see photo) for securely attaching a Water Bottle to the timber walls.

• Made from 20mm solid timber frame, and 18mm solid timber back and side panels.
• Roof panel made from solid timber frame with 13mm square galvanised wire mesh and wood batons screwed around the mesh edges.
• Plywood base supplied untreated.

• Front and perspex side panel pre-assembled.
• Some simple self-assembly required to insert the plywood floor, screw the walls together, and attach locking bolts.
• Comes with full Assembly Instructions.
